Before ordering I asked if they made the polenta cake in their oven, if it was the case, of course, I would not eat as they have tons of pastry made of gluten. They actually resell the GF products.
The two staff that I talked to had a clear notion of coeliac disease. They knew about cross contamination and how sick a coeliac can get, which is great.
I think all coeliacs should ask all the details before buying something at any place! What do you think? Do you always ask the staff how they deal with/serve GF food?
